Please note that if you have set a second password on Rakuten e-NAVI, you will need to enter it when logging into the app. Also, the date of use may differ from the actual date of use depending on the participating store. Keep in mind that you cannot save the second and subsequent payments for equal installment payments, two-time bonus payments, and two-time bonus payments. ⚠️

If you ever forget your application lock passcode, simply delete the app and reinstall it. However, be aware that deleting the app will also delete all the details of your household account book. 🗑️
